As we celebrate 25 years, that belief is still the backbone of award-winning Social-Emotional Learning enrichment and movement programs—building emotional strength, resilience, healthy relationships, and confidence for youth from our most vulnerable communities.

Why We Do What We Do
In a world where countless children face challenges like depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse, and bullying, providing them with accessible and effective emotional management tools and leadership skills is essential. As a committed team, we strive to be a positive force—helping young people build resilience through practical, lifelong skills and habits that empower them to overcome and thrive.

Community outreach for kids

A 12-week unique Body/Mind Awareness program for K-5th graders that empowers youth through yoga movement, breathing practice, and emotional resilience skills that can boost self-esteem, body strength, and mental focus.
A 12-week Social Emotional Learning program that teaches 6th-12th graders the vital life skills so they can successfully manage all the stresses, choices, challenges, and emotions they experience during adolescence and beyond.
Join us to BE A MENTOR; adopt a child for one day on SEPTEMBER 6th! Registration opens June 1st - With our Title Sponsor FABLETICS, we unite 300 caring adult mentors with 300 children from LA County's most vulnerable communities for an unforgettable beach day of human connection, compassion & LOVE.
