Our Programs

At the heart of every P.S. I Love You Foundation program is the belief that emotional well-being is essential to a child’s success in life. Our curriculum is built on the core principles of self-awareness, resilience, empathy, communication, and connection—giving youth the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and compassion. Whether in classrooms, communities, or one-on-one mentorship, our programs are designed to nurture the whole child—mind, body, and heart.

An annual community outreach event sponsored by FABLETICS, uniting 300 caring mentors with 300 child from LA County's most vulnerable communities for an unforgettable day of LOVE, human connection, attention, and empowerment by the ocean.

A 12-week program for K-5th graders that empowers underserved youth through yoga, breathing, and emotional resilience skills, boosting self-esteem, body awareness, and mental clarity.

A 12-week Social Emotional Learning program that teaches 6th-12th grade students the vital resilience skills needed to successfully manage the stress, choices, and emotions they experience in adolescence and beyond.
