Message From Our Executive Director

Dear Friends,

I thank you whole-heartedly for your interest in our foundation. Whether it is through your generous donation of personal time or personal funds, I sincerely appreciate your efforts. Since PS I Love You Foundation is a grass-roots organization, run by volunteers with no paid staff members, your awareness and contributions are significant to our cause.

Every year, PS I Love You Foundation works harder and more creatively to raise funds in order to continue delivering enrichment programs in the schools and local communities we support. We are proud to say that our efforts pay off with results! The teachers, children and shelters we work with continue to request and look forward to the return of our programs. Their positive feedback states that our programs really do help improve the self-esteem, social development and well-being of children. That is great news and keeps me motivated!

On a personal note, this is my personal philosophy that drives me ...
I believe that every child, and even every adult, needs and deserves kind people and inspirational experiences in their lives to help them just feel good about themselves, to give them hope, to build their self-worth and to make them feel important.
I believe that children’s minds are moldable and most children need positive reinforcement even in even the best of home environments.
I believe every individual can significantly impact the lives of each other without significant effort.
I believe in PS I Love You enrichment programs because of the spirit that they are being delivered with…goodness and hope.
Together, these are the reasons why I strive to continue my efforts to bring programs that encourage positive and respectful behavior, increase confidence, and help kids become happy, powerful and contributing spirits in our society.

Finally, my goal with PS I Love You Foundation is to bring kind people together (like you and me) to deliver enrichment experiences to children that are in need of a little TLC. I intend to expand this circle of influence we have started and reach more kids. Your help is the key. Our goal in the years to come is to see to it that at least 10 schools in our surrounding at-risk communities have PSILYF programs in their classrooms on a weekly basis. Right now there are only a handful of schools reaching about 650 at-risk children a year.

Why don’t you call me and come join us on our mission…you are welcomed with open arms!!! Get involved…become a PS I Love You instructor, help me write our next program called The World & Me 123, donate to our cause, or become one of our wonderful volunteers or sponsors.

With kindness and hope,
Patricia Jones, Founder
